• One tick - the customer received the invoice

• Two ticks - the customer opened the invoice

This is crucial information that can often be the difference between a merchant getting, or not getting paid. For example, If a customer has received an invoice, but hasn’t yet opened it, this is a hint that a merchant may need to nudge the customer with a payment reminder.
